Menu selections & final guest attendance needed one week prior to the function. Final counts cannot be decreased after this date. The function date; However, should be reserved as soon as possible.
Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the estimated food cost will be required to confirm the date of any function. In the event of a cancellation sixty days or less from the function date the deposit shall be retained by Creative Catering.
Payment
All Functions must be paid for in Full upon Delivery. Functions with Balance due of over $300.00 Must Be Paid by either Cashier Check, Cash. No Personal Checks accepted for orders $300.00. Company Purchase Orders are also accepted. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover also accepted. All credit cards need to authorized prior to delivery.
Labor
Waitress: $25.00 per Hour with a Minimum of 4 Hours, Plus 18% gratuities.
Chefs: $25.00 per Hour with a Minimum of 4 Hours, Plus 18% gratuities
Bartenders: $25.00 per Hour with a Minimum 4 Hours,
Plus 18% gratuities and $1.50 pp for Liability Insurance.
Tips
Gratuities are not automatically added to the bill for drop off and set up service.
We leave the amount of tip up to our customers. All other service events will be subject
to 18% gratuities charge.
Tax
All Meals Are Subject to 7.00% Massachusetts State and local Meals Tax.
Delivery
Delivery, Set-Up and equipment pick up fee applies fee vary according to distance.
Regular Corporate accounts within our service area will be exempt delivery .
No equipment will given to customers for pick up orders. Customers are responsible for
providing keeping their food warm and providing their own chafing dishes.
