MENU:
Menu selections &
final guest attendance needed one week prior to the function. Final counts
cannot be decreased after this date. The function date; However, should be
reserved as soon as possible. Corporate accounts must call in their orders no
less than 24 hours in advance.
DEPOSIT:
A
deposit of 25% of the estimated food cost will be required to confirm the date
of any function. In the event of a cancellation sixty days or less from the
function date the deposit shall be retained by Creative Cuisine.
PAYMENT:
All Functions must be paid for in Full upon Delivery.
Functions with Balance due of over $300.00 Must Be Paid by either Cashier Check, Cash.
Company Purchase Orders are also accepted.
MasterCard, Visa, and American Express also accepted.
LABOR:
Waitress: $25.00 per Hour
with a Minimum of 4 Hours, Plus 18% gratuities.
Chefs:
$25.00 per Hour with a Minimum of 4 Hours, Plus 18% gratuities
Bartenders:
$25.00 per Hour with a Minimum 4 Hours, Plus 18%
gratuities and $1.50 pp for
Liability
Insurance.
TIPS: Gratuities are not automatically added to the bill for drop off and set
up service.
We
leave the amount of tip up to our customers.
All other service events will be subject to 18% gratuities.
TAX: All Meals Are Subject to
6.25% Massachusetts
Meals Tax.
